What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Today I went out for Sunday lunch. The beef and the swede were nice, the rest not so much. The potatoes were a bit overdone, I think, and the Yorkshire was a bit flabby. There were also those carby balls, also known as stuffing balls. I only sampled the latter two. My CGM went up to 9.8 but came down to near baseline about two hours later. For tea I defrosted a prawn and Basa curry, which I'm having naked. No pictures - I've bored you enough with my curry pictures.

I don’t usually post on a Sunday as we have tea at my ILs and I feel conspicuous taking a pic, however today I thought I’d show you my breakfast!
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Tea at ILs: cold meat, cheese and salad buffet followed by one Jaffa cake.

@LivingLightly Your meals always sound like they're from a final of MasterChef. They sound absolutely gorgeous. I'm not jealous at all. Honest...
Wow! Thank you for the compliment @IanBish.

I'm always on the lookout for new, mouthwatering recipes and this forum provides lots of inspiration. It's important to enjoy our low-carb lifestyle, otherwise we'd never stick to it, would we?

Made a fiery curry tonight, came out at 14g carbs. Excuse the presentation though ;)

But, what I really need to know, is what can I have with it? I've looked longingly at naan, pitta (wholemeal and white) - is there anything bread-alike that you know of?

You can make low carb naan bread if you’ve the time or inclination. I’ve used this recipe before https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-naan-bread-with-melted-garlic-butter but it’s a bit of a faff to be honest ( they were nice though). Otherwise you could buy low carb wraps. These are good and very low carb https://deliciouslyguiltfree.com/collections/bread-and-wraps
