What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then one poached egg on one slice of low carb toast
Out all day just black coffee and ginger tea
Early dinner of left over left over cold pot roast beef served with beetroot and ginger kimchi and a large salad

Followed by low carb chocolate brownie with spoon of cream

I made a haggis "burger" for lunch with the leftover mashed neeps and carrots. It fell apart when serving, hence no picture.

But for dinner I defrosted a home made chicken & mushroom Madras, and had it with a small amount of Basmati rice (I'd run out of cauliflower rice).

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: kedgeree made with cauliflower rice.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Roast Lamb mixed veg
Smoked salmon and cottage cheese
 
Yesterday I mashed up some steamed cauli and celeriac, fried some smoked bacon with onion, Whipped up some cottage cheese with eggs and Rosemary and a crumbled stock cube and baked it. It was surprisingly (for me) moreish so I'm having some with salad today. I know I've put on a bit more weight so I'm starting to go on my treadmill every morning for as long as possible. Unfortunately, I'm so unfit, I've only got up to 7 minutes at 3 and a half miles per hour! But it's a start. Have a good day everyone.

Dinner slow cooked pork casserole served with cauliflower mash and sweet heart cabbage

Lunch cheese, kimchi, celery and four LC seeded crackers followed by three squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner Sea bass, green beans and cauliflower mash topped with cheese and reheated in oven followed by low carb chocolate brownie.

I’m up in London for a few days for hospital appointments. No breakfast today as only water or black coffee/tea allowed. First food was a packet of M&S rollitos around 3 pm.
Dinner at Flat Iron restaurant: bavette steak with creamed spinach. ( accidentally deleted my photo so this photo is of husband’s meal - he had truffled mac and cheese as a side). Really good steak!

Yesterday out for lunch and had Hunter's Chicken (chicken, bacon, cheese and fried onions with half a dozen chips (honest!). Today I was with my granddaughter and I had lamb shank with squeaky beans, broccoli, peas and carrots and ONE roastie! (again honest) She had chicken, chips and tomato sauce which I would have once had. Ohhh, how times change. lol :angelic:

Dinner roast chicken and a few rainbow chantenay carrots (purple, yellow and orange) plus a high pork content sausage followed by low carb blondie.
