What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then two poached eggs on one slice of LC toast
Lunch smoked trout with kimchi - served with four low carb seeded crackers. Followed by some Apple peel and two squares of 90%chocolate

Dinner organic beef meat balls in a hm passata sauce with a small amount of LC pasta served with a sprinkle of grated vintage cheddar cheese.

Just had a small piece of hm LC lemon cake.
 
We had a workshop in the office today and I took in a couple of high protein rolls with ham and mustard for lunch. But someone brought in a home-made carrot cake, and I had a couple of small slices. It was nice, and not too sweet.

For dinner tonight I had a home-made beef and mushroom Madras, with a small portion of Basmati rice.

I have a course in the office tomorrow, and they're providing lunch, so it'll probably be a bit carby.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese, tomato and mushroom omelette. (A bit scruffy this week!)

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch- salad of courgette ribbons, red pepper, cherry toms fresh basil and mozzarella dressed with posh single origin olive oil.
Dinner- ox cheek braised in cheap red wine and herbs from my garden. (I’m a hopeless gardener so writing that last sentence has made me ridiculously happy!) green beans and broccoli with it.

I keep not being able to finish meals because of the heat which means there are bowls of leftovers mounting up!

After a not so low carb day yesterday (really fancied salt and vinegar crisps, maybe for the electrolytes, but still came in at 100g carbs for the day as hadn't eaten much else apart from eggs and fish salad) I'm back on track today

"Breakfast" - cold roast pork and peppers, sauerkraut and piccalilli

Dinner tbc but likely to involve leftover egg mayo & fish salad plus either mozzarella and tomatoes or cheesy coleslaw and the luxury m&s spanish charcuterie selection i was given for my birthday.
 
No breakfast - although did have my usual small glass of Kefir - I mix it with my daily two teaspoons of fish oil.
Long morning painting our garden fence - still lots more to do tomorrow morning.
Lunch rest of smoked trout with kimchi and five low carb seeded crackers followed by 70%chocolate ( it was an Easter present) I'm finding it both a bit too sweet( prefer 90%) and too easy to eat too much!
Dinner wild salmon served with avocado mayo and garden peas with mint from the garden followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
 
Well, the lunch in the office wasn't too bad. There was gluten-free and vegan food, but I had a couple of small egg mayonnaise and ham & pickle sandwiches, an onion bhaji, a quarter of a Scotch egg, and a couple of cocktail sausages.

For tea tonight I had something carb-lite, so I had bacon, scrambled eggs and garden peas.

No breakfast today, we went for a walk at the Lost Gardens of Heligan and had lunch in their wonderful cafe. Smoked mackerel salad for me.
Handful of Montezuma’s AB buttons when we got home.
Dinner was half a rose veal steak and a hogget chop with a salad of courgette ribbons, avocado, feta and pine nuts with EVOO/ACV dressing. 1 glass red with it and a cup of tea to follow.
