What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir and then scrambled eggs on LC toast
Lunch comte, celery and a few nuts followed by a few garden berries with spoon of yoghurt
Dinner made a roasted tomato sauce using my garden tomatoes and cooked a Bolognese using organic beef mince served with low carb pasta served with some basil and grated cheddar.

Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bacon melts with baby carrots and runner beans.

Lunch comte and a couple of LC seeded crackers followed by a slice of hm LC barberry fruit tea loaf
Dinner chilli con carne( added to yesterday's Bolognese left over some mushrooms, chilli and a few kidney beans - about a fifth of a drained tin - I freeze in packs to keep carb count down in each chilli)

Followed by hm LC lemon cake

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: ate out tonight, butterflied chicken with polenta chips, chimichurri, harissa yoghurt, mayo and rainbow coleslaw.

Dinner like many Fridays wild salmon served with a few garden peas followed by hm LC chocolate brownie ( last one from freezer - more baking needed. Planning on a Sunday low carb baking session as out tomorrow and forecast looks very wet on Sunday.)

No breakfast but I did stop at Costa and have a large coffee with cream.
L- L/c roll filled with beef, cheese and coleslaw which seems to be a current favourite. 4 sq Absolute Bkack chocolate.
D- family round they wanted to try out a new chicken take away place, glad I didn’t chance it: everything was coated in some sort of crumb which would have been v high carb. I made myself a L/ c version - airfried chicken thighs dipped in egg then pork panko. H/m chilli mayo to dip.

Picnic lunch of low carb roll filled with ham and cheese followed by a slice of hm LC barberry tea loaf
Dinner chicken tray bake followed by hm LC lemon cake.

B- scrambled eggs
L- L/roll with beef cheese and sauerkraut.
Did a bit of cheats baking this aft - using low cab cake mixes I picked up from Holland&Barret with reduced price stickers. ( I think the low carb food Co also sell these). Pudding was therefore a L/c brownie with clotted cream - lovely.
D- Steak with salad and mushrooms followed by a cup of tea with 2 of the little cookies I’d made this aft along with the brownies.
Photo of the bakes (hopefully) as we all know what steak looks like.

A very strange day. Couldn't go out until the Marathon had finished which put all my eating up the pole.
Coffee and cream
Peanut butter!
Ham and coleslaw
Fruit berries and cream
Couldn't be bothered to cook so just had 3 slices of cheese and tomatoes.

Dinner: don’t usually post on a Sunday as we have tea at the ILs, but managed to sneak photos today. Meat cheese and salad buffet followed by a Jaffa cake!
