I often need easy hacks to have a meal, like today when my meal will be a fish fillet a la bordelaise from Aldis freezer section.
So how do you make your microwaved cauliflower cheese?
Pic of yesterdays meal for tax: A perfectly cooked pepper steak (lucky me, I never cook steak), a cob of corn with butter and salt, and a side salad of lots of onion, tomato, cottage cheese, balsamic vinegar, some leftover lemon mayo found in the fridge and salt and pepper.
