What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.2 at 0655, not bad after steak and pepper sauce last night .

Rest day today , managed 4K yesterday with improved times vs last Sunday.

Shoulder still doesn’t work properly, but it’s reign as the ‘shoulder of sleeplessness’ seems to be over with the use of ice packs on the upper arm throughout the day.

My Physio has been repaired and she’ll be back to work next week so we’ll see how that goes ....

4.0 at 6AM and 5.4 just now at 7.55AM. So looks like post-vaccination damages are definitely on the mend. Overnight average was 4.5 as well.

Have a great start of the week everyone.

Swipey was bedecked in green and gurned a 5.4 at me - and no it won't do for me. Sunday roast - definitely LC- and a glass of red wine tasted divine and Julie likes us eating roughly the same meal at the same time. On that level all is good. Sacrificing bg next morning is a major challenge.

Gorged myself on a good fry up last night, bloods an understandably 6 this morning. Well worth it though.

A good fry can be very low carb..... I just struggle with amount that can be put on a plate.

Not exactly morning BSL but IT'S when I got up today at 12pm.

My BSL was 6.5 mmo/L

Hate Insomnia finally dosed of around 3am then I sleep in late lucky don't work but not ideal life nothing really gets done.

Sorry for the ranting. Seriously need to sort my stuff out.

6.4 - Another lousy but “rested” night. Decided to get up and watch TV. However, having previously eaten a delicious pear, went to bed on an 8.3. So, dropping nearly 2 points during sleep, I’m kinda aware that my body is potentially making amends for years of Zombie Carbostien attacks. OK, back to Gibbs and NEW NCIS.
