Gotcha yah back, Buddy. I had five hours kip and reached 3:30 am.

5.7 mmoles this morning.
Had a bit on the side over the last couple of days. I am now begging my mistress, the Countess of carbs to find it in her heart to forgive me. For the moment I seem to be getting a silent vibe of "not tonight Josephine".

5.8 at 0650 pre run.

Run was good fun this morning.
Took daughter to school in the car at 0810.
Working at home this morning , then off to play in the sky this afternoon.

Last nice day for a while by the looks of it, so probably off out for a walk at lunchtime or after work .

Had my Covid vaccination last Tuesday and had a bad reaction to it aching from head to foot and run a temperature for a few days I assume this affected my readings all double figure until today when had a 8.8 .

Sounds very much the experience of a few of us. Some have read that a strong reaction means the vaccine is working well.

5.4 this morning.
Great score @ziggy_w are you back on the elliptical crosstrainer?

Hi @DJC3,

Thanks for asking.

Yes, back on the elliptical trainer for the last few days -- I usually see an impact on blood sugar levels after two days of getting back to exercising. (Good to know though that I can skip exercise without a huge impact.) Readings might have also been helped by OMAD at 3 p.m.

Your readings have been really great lately, btw. Really well done.
