5.7 yesterday and 5.0 today. Will be taking a bit of a break from my meter (maybe for a week).

Hope all is well with you, I think a periodic break is very therapeutic. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in those numbers. Looking forward to seeing you back in a week or so.

It may indicate a handful of almonds is a better late night snack than Greek yoghurt and berries. I shall find out tomorrow.....

I echo @DJC3 @ziggy_w. @mojo37 . Swipey reckons 4.7 for me @6.23 (late for me) and I had a dream - all very bizarre. Same basic main meal most days- fish salad- just different fish Friday. Take care folks.

I agree, agreeing is agreeably unusual. Harmony twixt East and West of England. Bizarre dream about the most unlikely person becoming a vicar. Phone call from someone I was supposed to have known at Uni but she left no name. I was invited to attend his licensing.

6.6 at 0430, off to Lincoln for a few days with work, so up early.

Walking a fair bit each day, knee still not happy running regularly, frustrating but may just have to rest it completely for a few weeks if no improvement soon.
