Method

  • Mix milk beverage, egg, flour, baking powder, and water
  • Add spices, vanilla, pumpkin, and raisins
  • Mix thoroughly and put in large non-stick skillet sprayed with release agent
  • Cook over low heat until bottom sets. Carefully turn and cook other side of pancake.
