Blueberry Loaf

Method
- Combine flours, cereal, brown sugar substitute, baking powder, soda, and
salt in a medium bowl, stirring until well combined
- Set aside
- Combine orange juice, egg, and oil in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended
- Gradually add flour mixture, stirring just until moistened
- Gently fold in blueberries
- Spoon batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
