Fruited Couscous Breakfast

Serves: 6

Method

  • In a medium saucepan bring the water and apple juice to a boil
  • Add the couscous, raisins and apricots
  • Remove from the stove and let stand for 6 minutes, covered
  • Drain any excess water from the couscous
  • Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
