Fruited Couscous Breakfast
Serves: 6
Method
- In a medium saucepan bring the water and apple juice to a boil
- Add the couscous, raisins and apricots
- Remove from the stove and let stand for 6 minutes, covered
- Drain any excess water from the couscous
- Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
