Method

  • Sift dry ingredients together, cut in margarine
  • Add mashed sweet potatoes
  • Gradually add milk to form dough
  • Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness on flour board
  • Cut with biscuit cutter
  • Bake in non-stick pan at 425 degrees F
  • for 12-15 minutes.
