Tarragon Pot Roast

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  • Coat a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the roast in the pan
  • In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast
  • Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender
  • Slice, and serve topped with the sauce from the pan.
