What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Yesterday food ..... Breakfast dry fried mushrooms 1 rasher of bacon and 1 fried egg 1 and a half wholemeal rolls and a coffee ( 38 carbs ).
Cheese sandwich on seeded bread ( 26 carbs ) 3 mile walk through the flooded parks of a very wet Wales .
Evening meal kippers wholemeal roll a handful ( small hands lol ) of salted nuts half a small orange (31 carbs) . Had a craving for something sweet so had a small piece of marzipan chocolate no idea carb content . Drinks throughout the day are mainly water .
FBG this morning ( Friday ) was 6.4 .

Starting the day off with a latte made by my husband. He didn't realise that milk had that many carbs. I am sure it will be fine I just need to make sure my lunch and dinner are very low in carbs.

Last night after taking my enormous tablet I just wasn't in the mood for food really, but in the end I had cucumbers and bit of lamb shish some red onion no sauce. My dinner did not go as originally planned :( but nauseous all the time now for some reason.

Breakfast: avocado and orange salad followed by a slice of toast and butter. Odd combination, but I was hungry after the salad.
2nd meal will be the last of the chicken pie filling from the freezer with some mushrooms added to fill it out a bit.
Drinks will be fruit tea or cocoa made with just water and maybe just plain hot water. It's a beautiful day here, but I'm cold and can't think of cold drinks today.
Em polished off her bacon and egg before dashing off to school. At least I know she has something inside her on the mornings she comes to me. She refuses to eat breakfast at home but the cup of tea, followed by bacon and egg is becoming the norm these days when she's here first thing. Quite often she has the same thing in the afternoon as well.

Food today has been a bit scant to be honest. Having run away from the cold, we are just starting to establish a routine.

Breakker: Greek yog
Lunch: Yoghurt of the Greek sort
Dinner: Grilled pork salad with line and garlic, with chilli sauce. Boy that sauce was hot! MrB had the Moo Grob, so we each shared a bit.

I got a bottle of my favourite Laphroaig from my partner. I got her a collectors bottle of the top shelf spiced rum from the local rum distilery it was a limited edition only 1000 bottles were produced.

I get a bottle of good stuff on fathers day, but I usually buy my own.

Paul likes the spiced rum too so I got him a bottle of top stuff from a local distillery for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. Well worth the price as I love it too so I’m sharing it whatever he thinks! Shame we’re doing dry January - it’s just staring at us from the sideboard.

9ish before yoga -small portion of kefir with my supplements
1ish two egg omelette with mushrooms and spoon of kimchi
3ish low carb cookie
5ish my favourite usual Friday salmon in lemon butter with spoon of peas and a couple of hm new potatoe chips with glass of dry white wine pudding will be low carb brownie warmed and served with yoghurt.

Black coffee until lunchtime then:
SLC roll filled with roast beef, Emmental and turmeric &Ginger sauerkraut. Followed by blueberries and Asda extra thick cream. @Goonergal you’re right this cream really is very thick.

I don’t go to Asda much but their Ethiopian Mocha Limu ground coffee is the best coffee around in my opinion and a fraction of the price of fancier brands. I clear the shelf on my rare trips.
@MrsA2 I also found Pukka Turmeric tea ( no twinings) and thought it very nice, thanks for the suggestions.
D- Chicken stir fry using a pack of broccoli and edemame bean stir fry veg and soy sauce. More Extra thick cream and blueberries.
More turmeric tea in a while.

Well, ok. I will then!

From my jet lagged addled memory it equated to about £7 for 500gr. I took a pick of the product but not the price. Oh!

I’ll have to look again next time we go.
Where are you?
I looked a lot at prices when we were in the States in October and rarely found anything worth bringing home, except my beloved espresso choclate bars

Skipped breakfast.
Walked 30 minutes to pub
Cottage pie with veg, and yes I did eat the mash, and no I didn't test.
I red wine. 1 mint tea
35 minute walk back

D: deconstructed fajitas, ie no tortilla but peppers onions, chicken, guacamole and yoghurt on a plate eaten with a fork.
Glass of red and a few sqs of the Godiva 90%
