Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and a small portion of blackberry and apple crumble! Yes made with sugar, yes made with wheat flour, yes there were porridge oats in it too! Hubby made it and I couldn’t resist
Blood sugar before 5.5, after one hour 5.9, after two hours 5.2, after three hours 4.9! Phew got away with that!
Dinner: gammon steak and salad.
