5.8 @ 6.20am have a lovely Friday!
5.6 this morning
Morning, 6.2 at 6.14. Grandson 14, rushed into hospital with kidney stones. Rotten couple of days.
6.4 @ 6.15
3.8 @ 06.48
5.3 at 0830hrs - maybe I should test at this time every morning.
Hi @SueAM, often answers are right infront of us. You may need to eat at Ketogenic levels, perhaps under 50, 30 or even 20 grams of carbs per day total. It is possible to have substantial filling and tasty foods at even the lowest levels.
@Freema has suggested some food which are low in carbs. I would add raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries with full fat plain Greek Yogurt. Major proteins such as beef, lamb, ribs, chicken, pork - basically any meat or fish. Vegetables could be courgettes, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, mushrooms etc. If you mixed and matched these, that would probably be around the 9 meals that on average most people who are non diabetic rotate as a start.
Hope he makes speedy recovery. Nasty condition to have - and painful!
5.5 @ 07:40
Hope he is improving now
6.0 this morning. To be honest thought it might be higher.
Well, that was a useless Christmas present. Alexa, what is my fbg I said in a really friendly voice ......
Thats where you went wrong, you have to be quite firm with her! I'm usually shouting at her by the time she actually does what I ask her to!!!
I shall do more than shout if my dear wife actually replaces all the light bulbs just so Alexa can tun them on
7.3. I’m exploring just how much leeway I have with that tub of Celebrations (it’s none, apparently).
