76kg today, I’ve been nursing a poorly left knee that prevented running for a week and what I can do at the moment is being done slowly so quite happy to be in the 75kg region still.
Still 96.9kgs this evening.
My basal insulin (insulatard) is 4 units on a morning and 4 units on an evening. Looking to reduce but awaiting a more accurate hba1c and official adjustment to levothyroxine which was too high and has put my operation back a month. Argh!!!
Most likely add weight on less thyroxine.... maybe!

Weight 51kg exactly. Down 2.3 kg. In two weeks. Still would be nice to lose the flabby bits and regain some muscle tone. Sitting about in a motorhome for months on end has done none of us any favours healthwise. Am so happy to be home again. Weight loss is probably from constant activity. Expecting to be able to ease off once we have things under control. Seven months neglect takes a bit of undoing in both house and garden.
Errant 4.4kg big improvement from 4.9kg. Poor Cat is convinced we are starving him. He is correct ofc. Today I have cut his rations by another gramme. He needs to lose about a kilogram. @ickihun So pleased to see you are still losing weight. I know it is a real struggle for you. Don't lose heart.
This is my first weigh in . I am 2 weeks in as a new type 2 and i am down to 101kg. Lightest i have been for a long time. Nice side effect of keeping an eye on my bloods . I have settled on about 6 grams of carbs a day (a riveta at night is my carbs) and am feeling better for it. As for exercise doing nothing special just go for a walk with the dogs when its nice
