B: Eggs, 1 x beef sausage, tomato, toast
L: Ham, tomato, black turtle beans, cheese, mixed leaves (mostly baby spinach), baby beetroot, 2 small pickled onions
D: Home crumbed fish (very light on the crumbs), chips and salad (just lettuce, tomato and onion), 1 beer
I know chips aren't low carb but I was trying to increase the carbs to cover my insulin dose. Didn't work
Beer was, ahem, to increase the carbs as well (ok, ok, not really it was just because I wanted one)
