Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and an Aldi protein bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and a phd bar.
Dinner: tonight was the last night of my 12 week ’lifestyle course’ which I actually enjoyed in the end. It was a deal I did with my diabetes nurse in the spring. The Eatwell plate reared its head but even non low carbers thought the amount of carbs was way too high!
We all brought in food. There was plenty of salad, someone had cooked a potato free frittata. Someone else made some sugar free chocolate truffles then there was my low carb carrot cake, so I ate well!
