Made a fish pie with some of the fish I bought on Thursday - mixture of haddock, smoked haddock and salmon with spring onions, peas, hard boiled eggs and cream. I also put 6 slices of frozen potato on top with some knobs of butter. Not sure how that will work out as a topping. It's just finishing off in the oven now. I may have put a little too much cream in, by the looks of it. There are 2 helpings there so it will be fish pie tomorrow and Monday.Breakfast: smoked haddock poached in milk. It is really good, real smoked haddock rather than the yellow dyed stuff from the supermarket.
2nd meal will be some more of the chicken curry.
