Same here, but I did make some pics of evening meals in the past 10 days, even though I didn't get to posting.Haven't been here for ages and it is rude just to lurk so here goes
Clearly I had varying levels of inspiration for cooking, but glad to see that 2/3ds of those meals had veggies, and some of those meals were repeated on multiple days.
Bottom right was a nice surprise over a week ago. I had been cold water swimming and didn't feel like cooking. Raiding the freezer for some sausage to go with my fried egg and cheese I found a pack of fish fingers belonging to my neighbour. He had used my freezer while thawing his, and forgot to put the fish fingers back in his own freezer.
This cold swimming tends to drop me for hours afterwards, so two fish fingers were exactly what I could use!
Two fishfingers seems reasonable in exchange for the use of my freezer. Haven't told him about my fishfinger theft yet though.
Bottom left: rookworst!
A Dutch type of smoked sausage, I'm very sorry you don't have it in the UK.
Furthermore, A leek and blue cheese thing (rookworst doesn't look as pretty when it's microwaved but still tastes good), a soup made with the leftovers of the leek dish and extra onion, and two days of runner beans.
This afternoon I went to the gym with a cold swim right after again.
And again, I didn't feel like cooking afterwards: My sensor had unexpectedly ended right after swimming, and I had the usual drop from the swim, all complicated without a sensor.
So instead of cooking my planned meal I went with two medium boiled eggs on a slic of low carb bread with cheese, not bad at all!
Will make a proper meal again tomorrow.
