Today I had a few black coffees until lunch at 13:30 which was a cheese omelette and asparagus.
Dinner was chicken in mushroom sauce ( excess pie filling from yesterday). Looks a bit beige and boring so instead here’s a photo of the keto hummus I made. It uses cauliflower ( of course!) but once the tahini, garlic, lemon and olive oil are added it tastes just like the higher carb chickpea version. Even no 3 daughter who raided my fridge looking for a snack didn’t realise it wasn’t made with chickpeas.
