L I love fenland white celery and found some at Waitrose this weekend so put some in slow cooker to braise in chicken stock for dinner but also kept some fresh for salads. The
I suffer from vertigo and it used to hit me every couple of months or so. My doctor recommended the Epley Manoeuvre which definitely works but hurts my neck. Then I found this video which shows you how to do it kneeling down and I found it easy to do. I am probably going to tempt fate here but I haven’t had a bout for almost 8 months since doing the exercise.
If I turn over in bed and have that horrid whirling feeling, the first thing I do in the morning is a couple of reps, yes. If I wait until it’s full blown vertigo, I still want to throw up when I do them but nowhere near as much as doing the lying down version. My daughter suffers from meniere’s and it helps her too.Thank you so much for this. I was also recommended the Epley manoeuvre but found it made me feel so awful, it was worse than the vertigo it was trying to cure! This looks simpler so I’ll have a go. Do you practice it regularly as a preventative measure too?
Wow! Thanks for the compliment.May I just say you keep a good table Ma'am
That looks fab-u-lous!Wishing you well for tomorrow @Rachox I do hope you can go home as planned.
@JenniferM55 hugs for the sore throat, I’m sure your delicious sounding soup plus ibruprofen will work just as well as a sweet commercial cough syrup.
Still can’t face coffee but I have lactofree milk now for my tea. Around 1/2 the carbs so much smaller impact on BG.
Brunch of cheese omelette.
Dinner roast pork loin with lovely crackling, steamed broccoli and creamy parmesan cabbage.
Photo of the joint rather than plated meal as I mean to put it on the fB page of the wonderful local pork farmer who delivered this joint (plus a few other porky goodies) in the dark and torrential rain on Friday evening. View attachment 64383
I want to go swimming where they are!@Antje77 - my DIL's swimming group has had 2 seals for company the last few days!
