Some culinary herbs are really easy @DJC3 and worth the trouble. No need for green fingers.

I tend to stick to perennials; sage, thyme, rosemary and bay are reliable in Winter and mint varieties are pretty resilient. Bees love oregano flowers, but you'll get fewer leaves if you allow the plants to flower. French tarragon is not completely hardy, so best grown in a container and moved under glass in Winter.

Yes I have all those ( except tarragon which I don’t like) and they are all doing well. Long may they last!

B- H/m yoghurt with blueberries and M&S grain free granola.
We had our main meal at lunchtime today - it was another DietDoctor recipe involving pork fillet, mushrooms and green beans in a creamy rosemary infused sauce.
D- After Aquafit class was cheese, nuts and a couple of the Olina’s pumpkin crackers. I finally bought them from Amazon but have since found them in a deli nearby.
Forgot photos today.

Is Las Iguanas spice mix a Latin American creation @Rachox or did it originate in Mexico?

Hello again Old friends - well Adele is a Spurs gel. I'm here for a possible favour but I'll stay on topic.
Keto Hana's raspberry granola (30 gms) soaked overnight in almond milk with 48 gms ground flaxseed then added 108 mls Biotiful original Kefir (overestimated) 3x 750/800 mls Assam with almond milk over a 4 -4.5 hr period
Keto chef multi seed roll, president soft butter, Cornish cruncher cheese. (prompted google search for ketoish sweet pickle* - may try this if and when available) JKP forgot to order the Jarslberg
CWC and 2 x h/m blueberry muffins - 100 gms in all (Sugar free Londoner recipe) while waiting to collect grandchildren
Large salad with 3 extra large free range eggs from M and S via Ocado
The favour? Does anyone still have the recipe or link to the infamous CCBs - yes I know I created the recipe (sorry about those burnt suacepans ) but that was about 6 Prime ministers and 1 monarch ago. Thanks in anticipation.
*cheese roll sans pickle after 8 years is just " not giving" or as my neighbors (I know, I know) would say. I've tried the SRSLY one and have limited tolerance for the taste of most LC/Keto swaps - see below

What are CCB's?
Caramel Chocolate Bars. Ground flaxseed, inulin bound with melted butter, a layer of caramel made from inulin and butter - hence the burnt saucepan reference and a dark chocolate probably with cream so a ganache? coating. I/we still have the moulds to make these into bars ( and the analysis, but not the recipe, in Cronometer - 3.4 carbs). Originally I was one of several who bought these monsters - they/that trend lasted a while :)
