Morning all. Todays menu in no particular order. 2hard boiled eggs with 2 Ryvitas. My other piece of fresh salmon. It's big enough to have on its own as a complete meal because I'm trying to eat smaller meals.
That is my treat, with a piece of smoked haddock between themThe usual poached eggs on spinach, I don't think I shall ever tire of that.

Crispbreads like Ryvita are not really that much better than bread or toast @RosemaryJackson. The overall carb content may be a little lower but they're still composed of cereal, in other words carbohydrate.Morning all. Todays menu in no particular order. 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 Ryvitas. Dinner rainbow trout with peas and some organic, dry white, low carb, Sicilian wine - a gift from a special friend and tasted delicious with the trout. Followed by low carb chocolate brownie and spoon of yoghurt.
