Breakfast- omelette and avocado
Big Late lunch- just under 1/2 a Grilled baby chicken, with a crunchy salad, broccoli rice and avocado. 1 tbs of mayo.
Stuffed from lunch and decided not to have dinner but plummeted to 2.3 so treated with OJ & half a banana. The OJ was probably enough but had the shakes
