@MrsA2, do hope you're feeling much better.
Talking of bread...does anyone else have trouble buttering LC rolls? It's like Teflon, the butter won't stick & end up putting slices of butter instead & it's the same when they're warmed.
I'm more of a macadamia gal, occasionally have a few with a grind of salt. I'm pleased to say, a kg has lasted me quite a while, but I could do serious damage & shocked that I haven't.
Dinner was supposed to be lamb stew, but I happened upon some ratatouille portions when trying to find room for a SRSLY bread & roll order. So, I had air fried lamb 'nuggets' with ratatouille & a warmed roll on the side. I also browned another pack of diced lamb at the same time & little slow cooker is out for stew tomorrow.
