Ingredients
To make All White Bean Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 cup cannelini beans rinsed drained
  • 1 cup navy beans rinsed drained
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1/2 cup minced Italian parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
