Apple Cobbler 2 - Diabetic

Serves: 8

Method

  • Mix filling ingredients in a 8 x 8 x 2 pan
  • In a small bowl then mix the topping ingredients
  • Drop in eight mounds atop the aple mixture
  • Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes
  • Cut in 2 inch squares
  • Serve Warm
  • Serves 8
