To make Apple Coleslaw, you'll need:
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced Granny Smith apples
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • In a large salad bowl combine the first five ingredients.
