  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 cups sliced cored peeled Granny Smith apples = (or other baking apples - abt
  • 5 medium) STREUSEL
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp cold margarine cut into pieces

Method

  • To prepare streusel combine oats flour Equal cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
