Apple Meat Loaf

Method

  • Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly
  • Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3" loaf pan
  • Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done

To make Apple Meat Loaf, you'll need:

  • 2 cup Apples finely chopped
  • 3 Eggs (or egg substitute)
  • 2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Prepared mustard
  • 1 large Onion minced
  • 3 tbsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Catup
