To make Apple Wedges With Poppy-Seed Dressing, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 tsp Salad oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Poppy seed
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 medium Apple Lettuce leaves

Method

  • For dressing in a small bowl combine the orange juice salad oil honey poppy seed and salt
  • Stir together till well blended
  • Cover and chili till serving time
  • Core apple and cut into wedges
  • Place on 2 individual lettuce-lined salad plates
  • Stir chilled dressing and spoon over apple wedges
  • Makes 2 servings
