  • 1 lb Fresh asparagus trimmed & - steamed Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Whole red chili pepper
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tbsp Fresh tarragon chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Green onion minced Salt & pepper
