To make At The Zoo, you'll need:
  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread - (to
  • 3) toasted
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or Neufchatel cheese
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana = (or
  • 2 tbspns crushed juice-packed pineapple) Raisins currants or dried apricots (optional)

Method

  • Press the cookie cutters firmly into the toasted bread to make an animal or other shape
  • Spread with one or two of the suggested toppings
  • For even more fun use raisins or currants for eyes and noses and a sliver of dried apricot for a mouth.
