Ingredients
To make Avocado Salad, you'll need:
  • 200g mixed salad, finely chopped 
  • 2 medium avocados, in small chunks 
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped 
  • 4 medium tomatoes on the vine, chopped 
  • 50g fresh parsley, finely chopped 
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano 
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste 

Method

  • Place all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly without mashing the avocados. 
  • Quite delicious and very quick!
