Ingredients
To make Avocado Tuna Salad, you'll need:
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 dash allspice Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste SALAD
  • 8 oz canned tuna drained flaked
  • 1 can water chestnuts - (4 oz) drained chopped
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges in their own juice drained
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced thin

Method

  • In a salad bowl combine the dressing ingredients.
