To make Baked Brandied Pears, you'll need:
  • 1 large pear peeled halved and cored
  • 2 tbsp chopped mixed dried fruit
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp brandy
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 tbsp plain non-fat yogurt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
