Baked Chicken With Rice

Method

  • 1. Spread rice evenly in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch nonstick baking dish
  • 2. Sprinkle with 1/4 onion soup mix
  • 3. Place chicken on top of rice
  • 4. Add remaining onion soup mix

  • Combine mushroom soup water and pepper

  • Pour soup mixture over chicken

  • Cover with foil; bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours

  • Remove foil and serve
