To make Baked Ham Loaf, you'll need:
  • 2 medium eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2
  • 3/4 cups ground cooked ham
  • 2 slices fine fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp finely-chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely-chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a 7 1/2- by 3 1/2- by 2-inch loaf pan or four 6 ounce custard cups with vegetable pan-coating.
