To make Baked Onion, you'll need:
  • 1 medium vidalia onion peeled quatered = (or other sweet onion)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Brush onion with tomato paste and sprinkle with seasoning.
