Banana Raisin Pudding

Banana Raisin Pudding

Serves: 4

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a blender container or food processor combine all ingredients EXCEPT raisins
  • Blend until smooth
  • Stir in raisins
  • Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole or baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray
  • Bake uncovered 40 minutes until set
  • Serve hot or cold
