Ingredients
To make Better Deviled Eggs, you'll need:
  • 2 hard cooked eggs cooled
  • 2 tsp fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp minced celery

Method

  • Cut each egg in half
  • Carefully remove the yolks
  • Discard one yolk
  • Using a fork, mash up the yolks and add mustard, mayonnaise, onion, Tabasco, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper
  • Spoon egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
