To make Black And White Chili, you'll need:
  • 1 lb chicken tenders cut
  • 3/4" pieces
  • 1 cup coarsely-chopped onion
  • 1 can Great Northern beans - (15
  • 1/2 oz) drained
  • 1 can black beans - (15 oz) drained
  • 1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes - (145 oz) undrained
  • 2 tbsp Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix

Method

  • Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot
  • Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.
