Ingredients
To make Black Bean Hummus, you'll need:
  • 1 can black beans - (15 oz) drained
  • 1 tbsp sesame tahini
  • 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp minced tomato
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
  • Process until smooth.
