To make Bourbon Acorn Squash, you'll need:
  • 1 large acorn squash halved seeded
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Place the halved squash cut-side down on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until a fork goes easily into the shell
  • Remove the squash from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
