To make Bread Pudding With Raisins, you'll need:
  • 3 slices day-old white bread cubed
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten = (or
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick pan spray.
