To make Broiled Caribbean Sea Bass, you'll need:
  • 6 skinless sea bass fillets
  • 1/2" thk (5 to
  • 6 oz ea) = (or striped bass fillets)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 package black bean and rice mix - (7 oz) Lime wedges for serving

Method

  • Place fish in shallow dish
  • Combine cilantro oil lime juice pepper sauce and garlic in small bowl; pour over fish
  • Cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes but no longer than 2 hours.
