To make Broiled Open-Faced Vegetarian Sandwich, you'll need:
  • 2 slices Italian bread
  • 1" thick
  • 2 tsp reduced-calorie margarine Tomato slices Zucchini slices Onion slices Green pepper slices Garlic powder Basil Freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Spread bread with 1 teaspoon margarine on each
  • Top with tomato zucchini onion and green pepper slices.
