To make Broiled Pineapple Rings, you'll need:
  • 1 can sliced pineapple rings in juice - (20 oz) drained = (1 can should contain
  • 10 rings)
  • 10 maraschino cherries drained rinsed
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar plus
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 5 tsp reduced-calorie stick margarine melted Ground cinnamon to taste

Method

  • Preheat broiler
  • Lay drained pineapple rings in a single layer on a 9- by 13-inch pan with sides -- allow edges of pineapple rings to touch.
